The Role

As a Senior Technical Services Manager, you’ll take the lead on the MEP elements of one or more London-based fit-out or refurbishment projects, ensuring design coordination, buildability, commissioning, and delivery are all handled to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive MEP design reviews and ensure coordinated, compliant solutions

Lead technical workshops with clients, consultants, and subcontractors

Coordinate early procurement, installation strategy, and specialist interface

Manage commissioning strategy, testing and witness plans through to PC

Act as the key point of contact for all technical services matters on site

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate with strong technical delivery experience and the confidence to lead the services strategy on major projects, working closely with project managers and commercial leads.

Ideal Experience:

Solid track record in MEP coordination and delivery on fit-out/refurb projects

Able to lead services packages from Stage 3/4 through to handover

Commercially aware and confident in meetings with consultants and clients

Knowledge of commissioning management and quality assurance processes

Qualifications in Building Services, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent

The Package

£100,000 – £115,000 base salary (depending on experience)

Car allowance + Travel Expenses

Private healthcare + Pension + Bonus

London-based projects only
