The Senior Technical Services Manager will lead the design, coordination, and delivery of all Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) services on commercial fit‑out projects across ODInteriors and ODCreate. This role is responsible for ensuring that all building services are executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance, while adhering to project timelines and budgets. This role requires a technically strong leader with hands‑on experience in managing complex building services from design through to completion, ensuring technical compliance, coordination, and seamless integration with architectural and interior elements.
