An award‑winning, market‑leading Design & Build specialist is seeking an exceptional Senior Technical Services Manager (TSM) to join their high‑performing team. The Opportunity As Senior TSM, you'll play a pivotal role across the full project lifecycle - from tender through delivery - ensuring technical integrity, seamless coordination, and outstanding client experience. You'll be the technical authority supporting both pre‑construction and delivery teams, shaping solutions that are commercially sound, buildable, and aligned with client vision.

Key Responsibilities
Lead technical services input across tenders, pitches, and client presentations Produce high‑quality technical write‑ups, design interpretations, and engineering narratives Support and mentor junior TSMs and project teams, acting as a senior point of escalation Review, challenge, and coordinate MEP design information to ensure compliance and buildability Manage and oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring technical alignment and programme adherence Provide clear commercial and technical commentary for clients throughout the project lifecycle Drive technical assurance from concept through delivery, ensuring risks are identified and mitigated Collaborate closely with design, commercial, and project management teams to deliver best‑in‑class outcomes About You
Minimum 10 years' experience in technical services within commercial fit‑out (D&B preferred) Strong leadership qualities with experience supporting and developing teams Confident producing technical documentation, reports, and tender submissions Skilled in presenting technical solutions to clients in a clear, compelling way Proven track record managing MEP subcontractors and ensuring high‑quality delivery Strong commercial awareness with the ability to provide informed commentary and advice Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, design‑led environment with high expectations
