Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are now seeking a Senior Technical Services Manager to lead the MEP design and delivery on prestigious fit out's in the heart of London. As the Senior Technical Services Manager, you will take the lead on all building services on each project from pre-construction through to practical completion, with a team of MEP managers to support you.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the full MEP strategy, managing design development, installation, commissioning, and quality assurance Serve as the key MEP liaison with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders Chair coordination workshops to ensure technical compliance and integration across disciplines Review and approve technical submissions, shop drawings, and O&M manuals Drive the MEP programme, working closely with planning teams to meet critical milestones Support procurement through technical assessments, tender ana...
