We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Recruiter. The role focuses on delivering engineering talent to meet Capital.com business objectives in 2025 and beyond. This position manages the full recruitment cycle, sources top engineering talent, and acts as a strategic partner to engineering stakeholders.
Responsibilities- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from requisition to offer. Develop strategies to attract top engineering candidates.
- Sourcing: Proactively identify candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and outreach. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Business Partnering: Advise engineering stakeholders on recruitment best practices and market trends. Build strong relationships with hiring managers.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process. Provide timely feedback to candidates.
- Reporting and Metrics: Update stakeholders regularly. Use data to improve recruitment processes.
- Agency Management: Collaborate with agencies to source candidates and ensure standards are met.
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in software engineering.
- Strong sourcing, networking, and relationship skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Lever) and recruitment tools.
- Availability for hybrid work at our Warsaw office (Skyliner building).
- Business-level English proficiency (CEFR B2 or above).
