Maintain strong client relationships through clear, confident communication Analyse briefs, ask the right questions, and shape them into deliverable world‑class concepts Develop proposals, quotations and technical responses that address client needs with creativity and commercial awareness Guide multidisciplinary teams from brief to final execution, ensuring flawless delivery Mentor and support team members, fostering technical growth and a culture of excellence Produce equipment specifications and technical documentation across lighting, audio, video and scenic elements Lead on‑site delivery, coordinating multiple technical departments and adapting quickly to changing requirements Monitor team performance, offering thoughtful and constructive feedback
