Job Description
Airfinity is a pharmaceutical data and analytics company that helps clients understand disease dynamics, forecast demand, and make informed strategic decisions to improve infectious disease outcomes.
Objective of the Role
We are hiring a Senior Technical Product Manager to drive execution and platform evolution for our Nexa platform (a live forecasting & simulation platform for drug and vaccine demand).
This is a hands-on role for someone who is deeply comfortable working with data science models, probabilistic forecasting, and AI systems. You will own major product areas within Nexa, partner closely with engineering and modelling teams, and ensure we translate complex forecasting capability into intuitive, high-value workflows.
You will support the leadership team and play a central role in shaping how Airfinity delivers value through software. In addition you will also support commercial activities for the Nexa platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Product Ownership – Nexa: Own and execute the roadmap for core Nexa components, translating complex forecasting and modelling logic into high-quality, user-centric product features in close partnership with engineering and data science teams. Forecasting & Simulation Workflows: Enhance scenario-building, explainability, governance, and onboarding to deliver powerful, transparent forecasting workflows that reduce customer time-to-value. AI- Feature Development: Design and deploy responsible AI- and agentic capabilities that automate repeatable forecasting tasks while improving reliability, interpretability, and user trust. Data & Platform Architecture Collaboration: Collaborate on APIs, data pipelines, and system architecture to ensure scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with technical and modelling constraints. Product Discipline & Metrics: Drive structured prioritisation, sprint execution, and KPI tracking to ensure measurable adoption, engagement, and product impact. Client Engagement & Commercial Support: Partner with commercial teams and enterprise clients to translate strategic requirements into scalable product solutions and clear value articulation.
Key requirements:
5+ years’ product management experience, with a strong track record building and scaling B2B data-heavy or analytics platforms in complex enterprise environments. Demonstrated experience shipping AI/ML-enabled products, ideally within forecasting, simulation, or decision-support systems. Background in pharma, biotech, or other highly regulated, science-driven sectors advantageous, with appreciation for governance, auditability, and model transparency requirements. Proven ability to work deeply with engineering and data science teams on APIs, data models, system architecture, LLMs, RAG systems, and probabilistic modelling. Strong technical fluency, able to evaluate trade-offs between modelling accuracy, latency, scalability, and usability in production environments. Structured, execution-focused product leader who translates complex analytical systems into intuitive user experiences and bridges technical and commercial stakeholders effectively.
Location - London, Hybrid.
