UK (Multi-Site) Up to £90,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

Are you an experienced Technical Leader ready to step into a strategic, multi-site role within a leading critical environments provider?

We're looking for a Senior Technical Operations Manager to take ownership of a Data Centre Business Unit, overseeing multiple client accounts and supporting a team of site-based technical leads.

This is a key leadership role, reporting into senior business leadership, with a dotted line into divisional technical leadership - offering clear progression into top-tier positions.

The Role

Oversee technical operations across multiple data centre sites Support and mentor site-based Technical Managers / Engineering Leads Ensure compliance, resilience, and engineering excellence Act as the senior technical authority across the portfolio Drive best practice across critical environments

✅ What We're Looking For

Proven experience managing multiple sites/accounts in a technical leadership role Strong background within Data Centres / Critical Environments Senior Authorised Person (SAP) status essential Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on when required

Package

Salary: Up to £90,000 (flexible for the right candidate) Car Allowance: £5,100 Bonus: 15% (with potential to exceed) Holiday: 25 days + Bank Holidays Pension: 4-5% matched Private Healthcare: Single cover Life Assurance: x3 salary Income Protection: 50% after 2 years (up to 3 years)
