The work is primarily advisory-led, including projects such as:

Corporate reconstructions & group reorganisations EMI share schemes & incentive planning Shareholder exit planning International tax matters

You’ll be working with fast-growth businesses and established international groups, delivering complex advisory work while also mentoring junior members of the team. Qualifications

ACA / CTA qualified (ACCA also considered) Advisory-focused mindset
