Join a high-profile defence programme and contribute to the design and delivery of advanced systems. You’ll help define system concepts, architecture, and requirements, ensuring efficient and effective integration across complex platforms. This is a unique opportunity to shape system design, influence multi-domain engineering decisions, and work with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:

Manage and deliver System-of-Systems concepting activities
*
Own key requirements and architectural processes using Model-Based Engineering tools
*
Collaborate with design teams to define system concepts, trades, and constraints
*
Support cross-functional assessment and analysis activities
*
Mentor and manage junior engineers
*
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
*
Experienced systems engineer with strong analytical and conceptual thinking
*
Ability to develop and communicate new system architectures and concepts
*
Skilled in presenting and engaging with senior stakeholders
*
Able to make decisions affecting multiple design domains or system elements
*
Strong influencing skills and ability to drive project narrative
*
Attention to detail, excellent organisational and communication skills
*
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of an agile team
