Senior Systems Assurance Engineer Location: Multiple Sites across UK Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 depending on experience, plus bonus and benefits

A leading UK defence organisation is expanding its product assurance capability and is seeking a Senior Systems Assurance Engineer to help de‑risk complex submarine combat systems as they move from design through build, integration and into service. This is an opportunity to work at the heart of nationally critical programmes, influencing how advanced naval platforms are delivered, tested and accepted into operational use.

The Role As a Senior Systems Assurance Engineer, you will provide independent technical challenge across the engineering lifecycle, assuring that submarine systems are designed, built, integrated and commissioned in line with safety, certification and performance requirements. Working closely with engineering, build, trials and customer teams, you’ll focus on identifying emergent technical risks early, ensuring issues are addressed before they impact harbour or sea trials.
