Moss Farm Residential Children’s Home is looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join our close-knit team in Lincolnshire.
What We’re Looking For:

Level 3 Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) qualification – essential
*
Experience working in an Ofsted-regulated children’s home – essential
*
Full UK driving licence – essential
*
Willingness to do sleep-ins – £60 per night paid
*
Strong communication skills, emotional resilience, and a child-centred approach
The Role:
As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in the day-to-day care and development of the children in our home. You'll be a role model, team leader, and key support for both the children and your colleagues. Duties include:

Supporting and safeguarding children in line with care plans
*
Leading shifts and mentoring junior staff
*
Liaising with professionals and maintaining detailed records
*
Promoting independence, positive behaviour, and emotional well-being
Career Development:
If you're not yet fully qualified but have a passion for care and the right attitude, you can join us as a Support Worker and work your way up to a Senior position once qualified. We’re committed to developing our team and offer full training and support.
