Hours: Part-time, flexible. 20 hours per week, must include evenings and weekends when required. including participation in the on-call rota

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Carer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care while supporting and guiding care staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Completing spot checks to ensure high standards of care delivery
* Conducting client reviews and updating care plans
* Completing medication administration sign-off
* Carrying out care calls when required
* Participating in the on-call rota
* Supporting the coordination team; experience in coordinating is preferred
Requirements
* Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (essential)
* Strong understanding of person-centered care
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous experience in a senior or supervisory role is desirable
