Position – Senior Support Worker

Where you’ll be doing it – Melksham, Wiltshire

Your employment contract – Permanent

Your hours – 37.5 hours per week, working 2 x 24 hour (7.30am to 7.30am) shifts and one evening shift (2.00pm to 11.00pm)

Who would you be working for – A national children’s care provider, in a residential setting

What would your responsibilities be? Leading Support Workers in their role, conducting supervisions, doing risk assessments and supporting with staff inductions. Share in the practical activities required to run a home

Requirements? A working background of working in children’s residential or supported living. Good understanding of trauma informed support and able to demonstrate when you’ve lead others
