The home provides care for up to five young people aged 818 who need consistent, compassionate support due to emotional and behavioural needs. About the Role As Deputy Manager, youll play a key part in shaping the day-to-day life of the home. Working closely with the Registered Manager, youll help guide the team, maintain high care standards, and ensure every young person feels safe, valued, and understood. This is a hands-on leadership position combining administrative responsibilities with direct care and team development.
