We are seeking a Senior Support Worker to join the team within a solo placement home for children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.

Salary: £34,084.00 - £37,509.00 per annum, inclusive of sleeps - (depending on qualification)

Shift Pattern: 2 days on, 4 days off

Essential requirements for a Senior Children's Home Support Worker:

A minimum 12 months experience in a children's residential care home Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare A full driving licence issued in the UK Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions In depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations and best practice Values in line with the organisation, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcareWe know our teams make a big difference and we want them to feel rewarded for their hard work and dedication!
