Kind Support is currently looking for experienced or senior support worker.
This opportunity is suitable for people looking to work in care settings, as well as those who may benefit from structured training and development, including recognised Health and Social Care qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting individuals with day-to-day personal care.
* Assisting with mobility and daily activities.
* Providing emotional and practical support.
* Working as part of a care team in line with care plans.
* Maintaining dignity, respect and safeguarding standards.
Training & Development:
* Access to Health and Social Care training and qualifications.
* Support with foundation-level learning for those without prior experience.
* Clear progression routes into senior care roles.
Requirements:
* A genuine interest in care.
* Willingness to learn and develop.
* Good communication skills.
* Right to work in the UK.
* No formal qualifications required for entry-level routes.
