About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our care team. In this role, you will help meet the daily needs of residents while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing. You will support the delivery of high-quality care, contribute to care planning, and provide guidance and support to other team members. You will also assist with formal supervisions, appraisals, and coaching support workers, helping to maintain a positive and professional working environment. The role focuses on ensuring residents receive person-centred care that respects their individual needs and preferences. Our services support individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs, particularly those who benefit from living in a calm and supportive environment. Care is delivered using a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approach, which focuses on person-centred care, promoting independence, encouraging participation, and supporting individuals to live meaningful and fulfilling lives.
