Hours: 35 hours per week (including long days and sleep-in shifts) Salary: £16 per hour (equivalent to £29,120 per annum) Sleep-ins: £50 per sleep-in

I am recruiting on behalf of a client for a Senior Support Worker to join a dedicated residential care team supporting children and young people with EBD.

Job Purpose:

The role involves providing a safe, caring, and nurturing environment where children and young people can thrive. You will be responsible for leading shifts, supporting your team, and ensuring high standards of care are maintained at all times. This role is essential to helping children overcome past traumas and build positive futures.

Key Responsibilities:
