Job OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Supply Chain Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimising our supply chain processes, ensuring the seamless flow of goods from suppliers to customers. This position requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a solid understanding of supply chain systems.
Stock Ordering: Manage inventory levels to meet operational needs efficiently.
Drop-ship Ordering: Coordinate direct shipments to optimize supply chain efficiency.
System Management: Maintain accurate records by confirming orders, updating systems from order confirmations, and diligently chasing supplier confirmations.
Logistics Coordination: Organize container shipments and oversee shipping logistics to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements:
Proven experience in purchasing and procurement roles, ideally within a similar industry.
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
Proficiency in procurement software ERPs and MS Office Suite.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
