About the Role

A leading global investment firm is seeking an experienced Senior Supplier Manager to lead and enhance key third-party supplier relationships—with a particular focus on Fund Administration services. This newly created role is critical to ensuring that strategic suppliers evolve in step with the firm’s continued growth and operational transformation.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Fund Administrators, Tax Providers and / or other professional services suppliers, complemented by a strong track record of managing performance and driving strategic change. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to optimize service delivery, improve scalability, and align outsourced functions with the firm’s long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the management of relationships with core Fund Administrators and Tax service providers, ensuring alignment with business strategy and performance expectations
  • Develop and execute supplier management frameworks that support scalable, high-quality service delivery
  • Collaborate with suppliers on roadmap development and improvement plans, ensuring on-time execution
  • Oversee regular supplier performance reviews, monitoring SLAs and KPIs
  • Proactively communicate business growth plans to suppliers, enabling them to adapt and scale accordingly
  • Identify and assess opportunities for new supplier engagement and outsourcing arrangements
  • Partner with operational leaders to ensure third-party support aligns with internal priorities
  • Manage contractual, commercial, and governance aspects of key supplier relationships

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Extensive experience working with Fund Administrators in a supplier management, operations, or oversight capacity
  • Proven success in managing third-party service providers within Financial Services or Private Markets
  • Strong background in leading cross-functional projects and supplier-led change initiatives
  • Experience working with senior and executive stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Highly organized, with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple initiatives
  • Track record of driving operational efficiency and service excellence through external partnerships
