MLC Education is delighted to be partnering with a world-renowned university in London to recruit a Senior Student Data Officer for an immediate start.

In this part-time role, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the university’s statutory student data returns, with a particular focus on HESA . You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure data is accurate, compliant, and submitted on time.

Key Requirements: Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to data handling Advanced Excel skills, including managing and analysing large data sets Solid understanding of XML – essential for working with HESA file structures Previous experience working with student data in a higher education setting is highly desirable Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
