Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we have an unmissable opportunity for a Senior Structural Engineer! Our client is looking to add a talented individual to their team on a permanent basis. This role offers the chance to work on a variety of exciting projects across the industrial, residential, and education sectors.\n\nThe position is offered on a hybrid basis, with 3 days per week based in the client's Liverpool office.\n\nOur client is an award-winning engineering consultancy, providing multi-disciplinary services across civil, structural, transport planning, and geo-environmental engineering sectors.\n\nWhat you will be responsible for:\n\n-Manage and lead structural engineering projects from concept to completion.\n\n-Provide technical oversight and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.\n\n-Liaise with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.\n\n-Prepare and review detailed calculations, drawings, and specifications.\n\n-Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.\n\n-Attend site visits and inspections as required.\n\nKey Requirements:\n\n-Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (MEng ).\n\n-Chartered or near-chartered status with ICE or IStructE.\n\n-Extensive experience within this role or similar, and a considerable amount of experience leading teams.\n\n-Proficiency in design software such as Tekla, Tedds, Robot, or similar.\n\n-Strong understanding of UK building regulations and standards.\n\n-Excellent communication and leadership skills.\n\n-Proven ability to manage projects and work within deadlines and budgets.\n\nBenefits:\n\n-Competitive salary and benefits package.\n\n-Generous annual leave.\n\n-Company pension scheme.\n\n-Career progression opportunities.\n\n-Flexible working arrangements
