A well established multidisciplinary engineering consultancy with a strong UK and international presence is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead the delivery of high quality building projects from concept through to construction.


This is a senior, client facing role offering genuine responsibility, autonomy and the opportunity to influence project outcomes while mentoring and developing engineers within a growing London team.


The Role

  • Lead structural engineering projects through all RIBA stages
  • Take full ownership of technical delivery, programme and quality
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, architects and contractors
  • Coordinate and manage internal design teams
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers
  • Contribute to team growth and continuous improvement


About You

  • Chartered Structural Engineer (MIStructE / MICE or equivalent)
  • Strong experience leading UK building projects
  • Excellent knowledge of Eurocodes and UK standards
  • Confident communicator with proven client-facing experience
  • Proficient in structural design software and BIM / Revit
  • Commercially aware, proactive and solutions-focused
