Title : Senior Strategy ManagerLocation: 2 days per week in one of our office locations (London, Suffolk, Gloucester or Manchester)Salary: £70k - £80k per annumAbout the RoleWe're looking for an experienced Senior Strategy Manager to join our Corporate Strategy team at Sizewell C. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Strategy, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of one of the UK's most significant infrastructure and clean energy projects.As a senior member of the team, you will drive high impact strategic projects, work closely with senior leaders across the organisation and help mature the company. This role offers a unique blend of analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement and organisational influence, all within a complex and highly regulated environment.This position also includes line management responsibility for a Strategy Analyst.Why Join as a Senior Strategy Manager?This is an exciting role for someone who thrives on big, complex challenges and wants to influence organisational direction at the highest levels.You'll be: Shaping the strategic direction and leading strategic initiatives with genuine impact on company decisionsWorking directly with senior leaders, Government stakeholders, regulators and industry partnersUsing your commercial, analytical and strategic skills to shape how Sizewell C develops, matures and deliversHelping to embed a strategic culture across a multi-billion-pound programmeMaking a visible difference in a company undergoing transformation and growth If you've worked in strategy, in consultancy or in house, and want a role with real influence and delivery responsibility, this is an outstanding opportunity.Key Responsibilities Review and refresh the company strategy and strategic priorities, supporting the Head of Corporate strategy in reviewing external and internal environment and assessing implications for Sizewell CDrive the annual strategic planning cycleContribute to the development of the 3-year Budget, working with FinanceCollaborate with functions to develop medium-term plans that underpin the company strategy and identify opportunities for alignment and efficienciesPlay a leading role in planning of Executive and Board strategy daysLead, plan and deliver strategic projects aligned to organisational prioritiesDrive strategy implementation and reporting activities across the organisationEmbed strategic processes, tools and ways of workingBuild concise, compelling narratives and documents to communicate findings and recommendations.Influence and engage with a wide range of senior internal stakeholdersMentor and manage a Strategy Analyst and graduates in the teamContribute to building a strong, collaborative team culture About YouWe're looking for someone who brings: Minimum 3 years' experience in a strategy role (consulting or in - house)Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand business performanceExperience owning and implementing strategy end - to - endExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to solve problems autonomously and drive work forward without heavy directionStrong PowerPoint and Excel capabilityExperience in large or complex organisationsAction - oriented mindset with strong analytical skills Construction /mega project industry background is beneficial but not essential Working Pattern-- Occasional travel to London for strategy days or leadership meetingsJBRP1_UKTJ
