Redstone Commodity Search are working with an international steel trading house looking to hire a senior steel trader.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Develop and execute profitable trading strategies across steel products with full P&L responsibility.
• Originate, negotiate, and manage physical trades with mills, distributors and end-users.
• Identify market opportunities, structure deals, and secure long-term agreements to grow volumes and margins.
• Role reports to Head of Steel

Key Qualifications / Experience

• Extensive experience in physical steel trading with a proven record of profitable deal-making.
• Strong commercial network across international and European steel producers, distributors and end-users.
• In-depth understanding of steel pricing, supply chains, logistics and risk management.
• Role is to be located in London, UK
