The Role
Support the Head Chef in running a fast-paced kitchen

Deliver high-quality fresh food consistently

Lead and motivate the team during busy services

Deputise in the Head Chef's absence

Maintain high standards of food, hygiene, and organisation

Assist with stock control and kitchen operations

What We're Looking For
Experience as a Sous Chef / Senior Sous Chef

Background in fresh food kitchens or gastro pubs

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work in a high-volume environment

Passion for food, standards, and career progression

Driving licence beneficial due to location
