Supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen Deputising for the Head Chef when required Being hands-on during service and leading kitchen sections Delivering consistently high standards across members' dining, bar food, society catering, weddings, and private events Preparing, cooking, and presenting fresh, homemade food using quality ingredients Training, mentoring, and developing junior chefs Maintaining excellent hygiene, safety, and organisational standards Assisting with menu development, stock control, and food cost management What's next? xehkeey It's easy!
