Senior Sous Chef - 60k plus excess tronc - 1 Michelin - Mayfair, London


We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join the team at a one star in Mayfair, London.


Spread over three floors, serving breakfast, lunch & dinner. 7 days a week operation. A la carte and tasting menu. Everything made in house, with big focus on provenance and sustainability.


As Senior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for the following:


  • Supporting the Head Chef to develop new dishes for the menu;
  • Training the junior chefs working with you
  • Stock control & waste management
  • Ensuring the brigade follow H&S regulations
  • Deputizing for the Head Chef to manage the brigade
