They are now searching for a Senior Sous Chef to support the leadership of a talented kitchen team, delivering a consistently exceptional experience across the property.
This isnt just about fine dining. Its about precision, adaptability, and maintaining high standards across a range of thoughtfully curated outlets, where quality and guest experience always come first.

£51,000 per annum plus circa £10,000 service charge

Responsibilities as the Senior Sous Chef
Supporting the Head Chef in overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations across all outlets
Ensuring consistently high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
Leading, motivating, and developing a large and diverse kitchen team
Managing service across different dining concepts, ensuring smooth and efficient execution
Maintaining strong control over ordering, stock, and kitchen organisation
Were looking for a Senior Sous Chef with solid experience across a full hotel operation, not just a fine dining or Michelin-focused background. Youll need to be adaptable, organised, and confident leading a team in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment.
