per annum **You must already holdthe right to work in the UK to be considered ** W hat you will bring to the role: This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Sous Chef looking to use their creative culinary skills, in modern superbly designed back of house areas. As Senior Sous Chef, you willbe responsible forensuring the delivery of consistent, high quality and innovative dishes throughout the operation. Working closely with the senior team; you willassistin managing the overall kitchen operation, Previousexperience as a Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef in a high-quality Restaurant; Strong awareness of trends and seasonality of produce; A highly creative approach to your work with excellent attention to detail; Must be experienced in GP and wage cost management, and confident in using ordering and rota management software; Organised, structured and systematic in approach to work; Proven ability to manage, train and motivate a Kitchen brigade; A working knowledge of health and safety,complianceand procedure Benefits & Culture Benefits & Culture We have curated a fantastic selection of work
