As the last remaining family-owned luxury hotel in London, it is renowned for its warm, intimate atmosphere and personalised service. What we are looking for in our new Senior Pastry Sous Chef? Proven experience ideally as a Sous Chef/Junior Pastry Sous Chef within a luxury 5* hotel or high-quality destination restaurant Supervise the team to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen operations Desire to join a hotel to grow and develop with, and proven commitment to past employers Training and inspiring the junior chefs in the team What we offer?
