Senior Sous Chef Role Overview The Senior Sous Chef will support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. The successful Senior Sous Chef will ensure consistency, quality, and leadership across all sections. This position suits a confident Senior Sous Chef with a background in 2 AA Rosette kitchens or higher.
