Support the Head Chef with ordering and managing produce. Ensure the kitchen is kept clean, organised, and compliant with house rules at all times. Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service. Help maintain stock levels and reduce waste where possible. Senior Sous Chef Requirements: Previous experience in a professional kitchen, ideally in a senior chef or similar role. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. A proactive, hardworking attitude with attention to detail. Commitment to maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen environment. Working Hours: Approximately 45 hours per week, including weekend shifts.
