The AI Mindset: You are an expert at prompting and utilizing AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Anthropic models, Llama models and OpenAI to accelerate your coding, debugging, and documentation. Full Stack Mastery: A true 50/50 split of front and back end experience utuilising a mixture of technologies such as TypeScript, React, Node.js, .net Core etc. Cloud Native: Hands-on experience with Azure is definitely preferred Pragmatism: You value "done" over "perfect" but understand when technical debt needs to be addressed. Mission-Driven: You want your code to do more than just generate revenue; you want it to change lives.
