Job Description
Arcus Search have partnered with a leading Financial Services organisation in London who are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the team. More details are below:
Role: Senior Software Engineer
Location: Central London - 3 days a week in the office
Salary: £150,000 - £200,000 + bonus
The role:
This role sits within the Platform Engineering function, responsible for building and owning the platforms and tools that enable scalable, resilient, and high-performance systems.
The platforms process large volumes of data, and this role focuses on enabling seamless data movement by developing and maintaining SDKs and libraries used across a wide range of applications.
Requirements:
Expert level in Python Strong level of Kubernetes DevOps experience, within tools such as Terraform, ArgoCD, Helm, or other IaC Degree within Computer Science, ideally at Masters or PhD level Experience with Kafka, Spark, Trino would be beneficial
