Spacelabs is seeking an experienced Senior Flutter / Dart Software Engineer to join our R&D team and lead the design, development, and delivery of high‑quality cross‑platform mobile applications. This role is hands‑on and highly technical, requiring strong engineering fundamentals, deep Flutter expertise, and experience building robust applications—ideally in regulated or quality‑focused environments.You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, shape application architecture, drive best practices, and help evolve our mobile development strategy.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, document, and maintain high‑quality mobile apps using Flutter & DartContribute to application architecture, design decisions, and implementation planningBuild data‑driven applications integrating with RESTful backend servicesCreate responsive, performant, and accessible UIsWork with cross‑functional teams to define requirements and technical solutionsParticipate in architecture, design, and code reviewsEnsure timely delivery of software and documentationContribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated build/test/deploy workflowsSupport secure development lifecycle activities and dependency managementSuggest improvements to tooling, frameworks, and engineering practicesWrite clean, maintainable, testable codeWork effectively in multi‑threaded and asynchronous environmentsMentor junior engineers and promote engineering excellenceOperate within Agile/Scrum processesUphold company values and ethical standardsRequired Qualifications:8+ years of software development experience3+ years advanced Flutter/Dart developmentExpert in Dart + strong experience in Swift, Kotlin, Java, or Objective‑CStrong understanding of mobile architecture & state managementExperience building network layers using RESTful APIsSolid grasp of OOP, data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysisProficient with Git, Azure DevOps and/or GitHubExperience with CI/CD for mobile developmentSelf‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independentlyStrong communication and collaboration skills, including distributed teamsExperience with Bluetooth/BLE integrationsMedical device or regulated environment experienceExperience with ISO 13485 or similar QMSKnowledge of IEC 62304, ISO 13485, or other relevant standardsIf you're passionate about building high‑impact mobile applications and want to help shape the future of healthcare technology, apply now and join our mission. #J-18808-Ljbffr
