About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Social Worker to join our Children in Care team in Peterborough. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of children in care, ensuring their safety and well-being. Develop and implement care plans in line with statutory requirements. Work collaboratively with multi-agency teams to achieve positive outcomes. Provide guidance and support to less experienced social workers.Requirements

Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration. Proven experience within Children in Care or Looked After Children teams. Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding practices. Excellent communication and organisational skills.Benefits:
