The Role:

This is a full-time role for a Social Media Manager (or Senior Manager) located in Manchester, with some work-from-home flexibility. You will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, optimizing social media platforms, and managing day-to-day social mediaoperations. Additional responsibilities include monitoring social media trends, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging. 

Skills

• Experience in Social Media Marketing & Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Hands-on experience in managing and motivating a team of social mediaexperts
• Paid Media Experience
• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Proficiency in developing and executing Content Strategy
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in PR or related fields is a bonus
• You’ll be both creative & analytical – plus highly organised and buttoned down
