Site Manager - London\n\nRetrofit Projects - Social Housing\n\nUp to £65,000 Plus Package\n\nOur Client, a construction contractor are currently looking for an experienced site manager to join their planned works division.\n\nMy client are looking for someone with strong expertise in decarbonisation/SHDF works. As a business they are growing rapidly and working with a number of large housing providers across the London & Home Counties areas. They want someone with strong PAS 2030/2035 knowledge/experience and good IT skills along with an ability to lead projects and site teams.\n\nOn a day to day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties:\n\nManagement of sub-contractors & direct operatives\n\nLead the site team to the best of your ability\n\nManage delivery of works to specification\n\nHave several direct reports to manage including RLO's and office staff\n\nPre & post inspections of works\n\nHealth & safety & quality checks\n\nMy client are looking for someone with strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and delivering decarbonisation/SHDF projects. A valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness are required.\n\nThis is a permanent position which will offer training and development as well as good progression opportunities for the successful candidate.\n\nIf you are interested please apply directly or contact Danny Mangan for more information.\n\nFortus Recruitment Group Limited acts as an Employment Business for the supply of temporary workers and an Employment Agency in relation to permanent vacancies. Fortus Recruitment Group is an equal opportunities employer
