Reporting to a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational delivery, chairing subcontractor progress meetings, progress reporting, checking build standards and overseeing health & safety and quality.This is a leading housing developer than can offer excellent career progression in to Contracts Management with an impressive land bank & pipeline of developments for the forthcoming years.Experience / Qualifications Required:Proven track record of Site Management with a new build housebuilderExperience of managing sites from out of the ground through to completion & handoverEither academically Qualified BSc Construction Management or HND/HNC or equivalent or solid trade background and relevant industry tickets and certificates.Track record of the delivery of high standards and behaviours in HSEQ and meeting NHBC standardsExcellent planning & time management skills with the ability to think ahead & manage risk.
