They have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to join them on permanent basis.Key AttributesThe successful candidate will be reporting into the Construction Project, and will be responsible for a team of Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers and Finishing Foreman.Experience within a similar role where you have been managing teams and producing high quality traditional residential schemes.Reviewing and forecasting the latest cost estimates and reportingAssist at all times in maintaining a safe working environment within Company workplaces and applying the Company’s Health & Safety PolicyEnsure site presentation is maintained to a high standard in order to maximise sales potential.Experience of working of residential housing projects 200 units +A proven track record of delivering previous projects from inception to completion and handover.Carry out site plans and frequently evaluate, Implement, observe and apply good ways of working.Assess risk assessmentsThis is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is seeking a Career Progression and looking to take their next challenge.
