We are seeking an experienced Senior SiteManagerto lead a major building services decarbonisation project inWorthing. This 42-week contract will focus on the removal of gas-fired heating systems and installation of new hybrid HVRF and ventilation systems, while ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations and working operations.
Project Overview
The project forms part of a wider programme todecarbonise the estateand will involve:
Removal ofgas boilersused for water and space heating

Replacement of redundantHVRF system

Installation of newhybrid HVRF systemsacross multiple floors

Careful planning to ensureleast possible disruptionto building users

Key Work Elements
Decommissioning and removal of redundant HVRF system serving the ground floor

Decommissioning and removal of existing ground floor ventilation system

Decommissioning gas boilers and central hot water calorifier, strip-out of redundant boiler room plant and making good

Draining down and removal of redundant LTHW radiators throughout the building

Supply and installation of newMVHR ventilation unitsto ground-floor ceilings, including grilles, diffusers and weather louvres
