Job Title: Senior Site Manager / Project Manager

Location: Somerset & Devon Region (Ideally based between Exeter and Taunton)

Salary: Fully negotiable, depending on experience

About the Role We are working with a growing, well-established main contractor seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager / Project Manager to join their team in the Somerset & Devon region.

You will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of construction schemes up to £10m in value. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering high-quality projects safely, on time, and within budget across a variety of sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all day-to-day site operations and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers Deliver projects from mobilisation through to practical completion and handover Manage programme, cost, quality, and health & safety compliance Chair project meetings and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships Ensure CDM and regulatory requirements are fully met About You:

Proven experience as a Site Manager or Project Manager delivering projects up to £10m Strong background in main contracting Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills SMSTS or equivalent health & safety qualification (essential) CSCS card First Aid This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and expanding business with a strong pipeline of work.
