Senior Site Manager - Main Contractor Liverpool, North West 60,000- 70,000 + package About the Role: Are you a Senior Site Manager looking for your next big challenge? Our client, a reputable Main Contractor in the Liverpool area, is seeking an ambitious, energetic, and highly motivated Site Manager to oversee large-scale projects across the North West. This is your chance to take ownership of entire construction sites, manage multiple subcontractors, and deliver high-quality builds on time and on budget. Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the construction site from start to finish Lead, motivate, and coordinate subcontractors and site teams Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, quality, and programme requirements Liaise with clients, project managers, and stakeholders Monitor budgets, schedules, and progress reporting
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Main Contractor Strong leadership and team management skills Energetic, ambitious, and eager to take ownership SMSTS qualified (or equivalent) CSCS Gold/Black Card
