As a Senior Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for:Providing leadership, guidance and mentoring to members of the project team as appropriateEffectively managing any project delaysEnsuring dimensional controls are in place from the outset and are utilised accordinglyCompleting daily site diary as outlined on BIM 360 Field platformPlan, implement and monitor site logisticsThe co-ordination and control of the project, including staff, labour and sub-contractors, from the construction phase through to completion and handover to the ClientEnsuring compliance with Quality Control and Quality Management policies, processes and procedures as prescribed on the Robertson Management SystemEnsuring compliance with the Health & Safety Management System (HSMS) as prescribed on the Robertson Management SystemEffectively communicating with the Design Team to ensure the timely release of design informationBuilding and maintain good relations with clients, design teams and neighbours as well as any other stakeholdersAs a Senior Site Manager, you’ll have either a construction related degree or be from a trade background with construction management and leadership experience, hold a valid CSCS card, be SMSTS qualified and be competent in Health and Safety practice with good first aid knowledge.
