O'Neill & Brennan are currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of a 250-unit residential development in North West London. This is a major scheme requiring a strong external / engineering bias, with hands-on experience in early-stage works through to RC frame delivery.

You will be joining a reputable main contractor / developer team delivering high-quality residential units in a fast-paced London environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Take full site responsibility for a large-scale residential development (250 units)
- Lead and coordinate all groundworks, piling, and RC frame packages
- Manage site logistics, sequencing, and programme delivery from early stages
- Oversee subcontractors and ensure high standards of workmanship and safety
- Work closely with engineering teams, project managers, and consultants
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, QA procedures, and project specifications
- Drive progress reporting, site meetings, and short-term planning
- Maintain strong control of cost, programme, and quality targets

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager / Site Manager on large residential schemes in London
- Strong external works / engineering background essential
- Demonstrable experience in:
- Groundworks
- Piling
- RC frame construction

- Previous work with a main contractor or developer on residential projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card preferred), and First Aid
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and complex build sequences
