They provide a full turnkey service design, off-site modular manufacturing, on-site assembly, fit-out and delivery of SMART, low-carbon buildings.

The Role
I am seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join this growing modular contractor. This is a roaming, site-based role managing projects across the UK. You will take full responsibility for the on-site delivery of modular construction projects, ensuring exceptional standards of safety, quality and programme performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead day-to-day site operations for modular building projects.

Ensure strict adherence to health & safety standards and exercise stop-work authority when required.

Oversee project programmes, ensuring works stay on schedule and within budget.

Coordinate subcontractors, labour and site resources.
