We need a leader who possesses the commercial acumen and technical expertise to drive this project through to a successful completion.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nProject Strategy: Take full ownership of the construction programme, ensuring key milestones are met and identifying potential risks before they impact the critical path.\n\nSub-Contractor Management: Lead large-scale sub-contractor meetings, managing performance, variations, and high-level coordination.\n\nTechnical Excellence: Oversee complex elements of the build ensuring compliance with building regulations and NHBC standards.\n\nLeadership: Mentor and manage junior Site Managers and Assistants, fostering a culture of accountability and precision.\n\nLiaison: Act as the primary point of contact for architects, structural engineers, and local authorities.\n\nThe Ideal Candidate\n\nTrack Record: Significant experience as a Senior Site Manager on large-scale urban residential projects (£20m+ value).\n\nExpertise: Deep knowledge of high-rise construction, Manchester City Council logistics, and modern methods of construction (MMC).\n\nCompliance: Must hold SMSTS, First Aid, and a Black CSCS Card.\n\nSoftware: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asta Powerproject, Procore, or FieldView) is highly desirable.\n\nApply here or call (phone number removed)\n\nRandstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
