This is an 812 week contract , focused solely on external works , including hard and soft landscaping, drainage, and faade works. The ideal candidate will be confident managing a fast-paced site with minimal supervision and have experience working on similar education sector projects. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all external works on a live school site Manage subcontractors and on-site labour Ensure all health & safety standards are met Coordinate with clients, consultants, and the wider team Monitor progress and resolve any on-site issues efficiently Requirements: Valid CSCS Card SMSTS certification First Aid at Work
